I help small businesses with their legal needs, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and transactional law since 2006.

I knew I wanted to be an attorney by the time I was in high school. Watching football games as a kid, I was more interested in the referee manual than the game itself. I've always been fascinated by human systems, and that passion has guided me to a legal career that I love.

I'm licensed in DC, Virginia  Maryland, Pennsylvania and New York. I look forward to partnering with you and protecting your business like I would my own.
